About Belmont Noosa
Belmont Noosa is a boutique, director-led short-term rental manager looking after a select collection of Noosa apartments and luxury homes. It was founded by Chris Earngey, who leads the business and remains personally involved with every property and owner.
Hospitality first
Chris's background is in hospitality and sales. Before Belmont, he founded and ran a wine bar, where the work was the detail: how a room feels when guests walk in, remembering preferences, anticipating what people need before they ask. That instinct shapes how Belmont looks after guests — and why guest care sits at the centre of how we protect an owner's property and income.
A career in sales added the other half: clear communication, honest expectations and following through on what was promised.
Licensed and accountable
Belmont Noosa Pty Ltd is a licensed Queensland real estate agent, holding both individual and corporate licences. Owner rental income is held in a trust account, with statements and payouts on the 1st and 15th of each month.
Why a small, select portfolio
Belmont deliberately keeps its portfolio small. A smaller collection means the director knows each property, the same in-house cleaners return at every turnover, and inspections before and after each stay are done properly rather than quickly. It also means we can say no when a property isn't the right fit.
For owners, that translates into consistency and a direct line to the person responsible. For guests, it means homes that are prepared with care and a concierge who can recommend the right restaurant, experience or gift.
