Sunshine Beach sits on Noosa's ocean side, south of the national park. Its small village of cafés and restaurants is a short walk from the sand, and the coastal track runs north through the park towards Noosa Heads.

You pay one commission fee, only on completed stays; guests pay the cleaning fee. Rental income is held in trust, with statements and payouts on the 1st and 15th, and you can block dates for your own stays whenever they don't overlap a guest booking.
